Speaker Harrell has designated that prefiling dates for the 2010 Legislative Session will be held on Tuesday, November 17, 2009, and on Tuesday, December 15, 2009

All bills submitted to the House Clerk’s Office after 12:00 noon on December 15, 2009, will be introduced and referred to committee on the first day of the 2010 legislative session, Tuesday, January 12, 2010.
